One-with-One Coaching Sessions
Sometimes we really need to have a conversation with someone about the things that are overwhelming, and about the things that really matter. While they may feel like very different ‘things’, they actually grow together.
Like a necessity and an invention.
A lump of coal and a diamond.
Hell and heaven.
Language and rhythm.
Like a caterpillar and a butterfly.
Like a laugh and a cry.
This is an invitation to have that kind of conversation with me.
I’d be honoured to share your journey, witness what is vexing and what is really inspiring, and, together, enter onto a path of discovery to reveal deeper layers of meaning and wellsprings of curiosity, purpose and aspiration.
I have training in Spiritual Care, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Change Agency, and Adler and Gestalt Coaching. I have plenty of life experience (the good, the bad, the ugly, the tragic & the joyful!). I have special experience in and knowledge of curiosity, disruption, addiction and creativity.
I’m a creative person – I promise, you are too!
I take creativity – light and dark and everything in between – very seriously and very playfully; a connector to our intrinsic desire for discovery, growth and learning.
That’s really my goal for our sessions: to enable you to re-awaken your own intrinsic desire for creativity, growth and learning.
Cost
This is a heart project for me. A calling.
Furthermore, I’ve been the recipient of an impossible amount of generosity when I’ve been in what felt like impossible situations, so…
you pay what you can.
That said, for me to continue to create and grow and learn myself I need to earn well enough.
Typically a session like this would cost between $70 – $100.
Pay that if it works for you.
But… please consider conscientiously what’s affordable to you – check your balance, check your gut – and pay what, right now, you’re able to… seriously.
I’ll do whatever I can, within my means, to make it work.
